To accelerate this direction, to create the relevant products and brand experiences they are looking for ‘Head of Styling and Design’.
If you are the right candidate, you are expected to drive ‘style and substance’ by displaying strong artistic and design thinking expertise. By observing trends, understanding the needs of people, connecting with the world of interior architecture and furniture design, you are becoming the firm’s creative conscious, setting its design directions, and ensuring brand consistency.
You become the company’s design face and voice, develop industry relationships and collaboration. You set the design vision and direction with all stakeholders in and outside the organization.
Reporting to the CMO, you will work with other in-house departments on developing new products, innovating and designing retail other experiences across multiple brand channels. Having initially one direct report, in all you lead and are not afraid to show hands-on design efforts.
