Being known product quality and manufacturing capabilities, our client has embarked on the next pioneering strategy of creating ‘new irresistible home ambiances’. To accelerate this direction, to create the products and brand experiences their customers desire they are now looking for ‘Head of Design (with a focus on Styling, Brand Design and Design Thinking)’.
In this role you are expected to drive ‘design and relevance’ by displaying your strong artistic and design thinking expertise. By observing trends, understanding the needs of people, connecting with the world of interior architecture and furniture design, you are becoming it’s creative conscious, setting its creative directions, inspire innovations and ensuring brand consistency.
Becoming its design voice and face you develop relationships and collaborations across the industry, you represent the design vision and direction to its stakeholders in- and outside the organization.
Reporting to the CMO, you will work with other in-house departments and core-functions on innovating and developing new product propositions, and other brand experiences. Starting with one direct design report you are expected to grow the design function for the company.
